Late last month, Rockstar Games announced that GTA 5 would be getting a huge free update for all players on PC, bringing the game up to the standard of the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions of the games and sprinkling in a few additions just for PC players. Now, that upgrade is live for all players, and upgrading is quick and easy.

The GTA 5 Enhanced brings several new additions, including exclusive vehicles from Hao’s Special Works, such as the Pegassi Weaponized Ignus, Coil Cyclone II, and Karin S95. Additionally, select existing vehicles can now be upgraded for HSW performance enhancements.

For those who already own GTA 5 on PC, the update is available for free. Players can easily migrate their progress from Story Mode and GTA Online to the enhanced version. Newcomers purchasing the game will receive both the enhanced and original versions (GTA 5 Legacy).
