Manny Halasan has unveiled the final evening gown of Chelsea Manalo for the Miss Universe 2024. On Instagram, the Filipino fashion designer shared a photo of the Bulakenya clad in a white Tiffany gown embellished with silver crystals and covered in Ostrich feathers.
