When you can and can't use fireworks in UK on Bonfire Night
On Bonfire Night, fireworks can legally be set off between 7am and midnight. Laws vary slightly for special occasions like New Year's Eve, Diwali and Chinese New Year, when fireworks are allowed between 7am and 1am. You must be 18 or over to buy fireworks and it's illegal to set off or throw them in the street or other public places.
