Tech company CEOs who largely sat on the sidelines for the presidential election sent their congratulations Wednesday to President-elect Donald Trump, ignoring Trump’s history of threats against some of them and joining their peer Elon Musk in welcoming Trump back to power.

Despite these comments (and the conflicts during Trump’s previous presidency), many of the tech CEOs targeted by Trump in the past are now coming forward with statements about his win. Here’s what some of the biggest names in tech are saying: “Congratulations President Trump on your victory!

Meta Platforms’ Mark Zuckerberg congratulated Trump and said he was “looking forward to working with you and your administration.” Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said the company was looking forward to engaging with the administration to drive innovation.

The ASX followed global markets by rising as Trump’s historic election victory played out on Wednesday, but it was outpaced by the tech-focused ASX All Technology Index, which telegraphed the sector’s optimism as its surge continued at the start of Thursday’s trading.

The main message across all of the tweets and posts today is one of collaboration with the new administration.
