Tony Khan is best known for his work with AEW -- the second-largest wrestling promotion in North America with a gross revenue of around $100 million annually.
Wrestler Ryan Nemeth is suing the son of Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shahid Khan and All-Elite Wrestling, alleging he was benched and punished instead of a fellow wrestler who assaulted the plaintiff in a locker room.
Now, as first reported by Fightful, Ryan Nemeth filed a lawsuit on 14 February in Los Angeles Superior Court against AEW, Tony Khan, and CM Punk. Nemeth alleges assault, breach of contract, breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and intentional interference with prospective advantage.
