The Los Angeles Lakers released their injury report for Monday’s game against the Brooklyn Nets. LeBron James (left groin strain) and Dorian Finney-Smith (left ankle soreness) are out while Luka Doncic (back soreness) and Jaxson Hayes (right knee contusion) are questionable.
LeBron James is expected to be out of action for at least one or two weeks after he suffered a groin strain in the fourth quarter of Saturday's game. Forward Rui Hachimura continues to be unavailable due to a bout of patellar tendinopathy, and now forward Dorian Finney-Smith is banged up.
A lot of the attention has naturally gone to the Los Angeles Lakers trading for Luka Doncic that their acquisition of Dorian Finney-Smith has largely gone under the radar. Finney-Smith has made a big impact since joining the team though as his +162 plus/minus ranks second on the team behind only Austin Reaves.
