Disney+ and the BBC have set an April 12 premiere date for season two Doctor Who, starring Ncuti Gatwa as the Doctor. (The show reset its season numbering with the most recent installment, which aired last year. Gutwa is the Fifteenth Doctor in the show’s long history, which dates back to 1963.)

Disney+ has revealed that Doctor Who Season 2 will premiere on the streaming platform on Saturday, April 12, at 12 a.m. PT and 3 a.m. ET.

Season two will officially launch on Saturday 12 April at 8am on BBC iPlayer and later that day on BBC One in the UK. At the same time, those outside of the UK can watch the Doctor and Belinda on their epic adventures on Disney+ where available.

A new season of Doctor Who, starring Ncuti Gatwa as the Doctor and Alan Cumming as a cartoon, will arrive on Disney+ April 12. Gatwa, the show's 15th doctor, will return in Season 2, alongside Varada Sethu and Millie Gibson,

And joining in on this season's shenanigans will be The Traitors' host with the most, Alan Cumming. As revealed earlier, the Fifteenth Doctor will find a new companion called Belinda Chandra, played by Varada Sethu,
