The Jaguars have made the decision to part ways with Doug Pederson. The move comes after three seasons and a 4-13 finish. Team owner Shad Khan shared the following in a statement:

Pederson, who went 4-2 in the postseason with the Eagles during his five years in Philadelphia, lasted just three seasons with the Jags.
Pederson is out as Jacksonville’s head coach after the franchise’s “best team assembled” won just four games, though owner Shad Khan did opt to retain general manager Trent Baalke. The Jaguars have lost 18 of their past 23 games dating back to last season.
