“You have to drive all your friends out,” Michael McDonald, the chair of the Nevada Republican Party, said at a rally to promote early voting, where about 50 people joined the state’s Republican nominee for Senate, Sam Brown, and other politicians. “Act like they owe you money. Get them out to vote.”

Saturday is the start of in-person early voting in Nevada. If you've received a mail-in ballot, it’s OK to have mailed it in before then. But Saturday is when vote centers open where you can cast your ballot on a machine in person. You can also hand-deliver your mail-in ballot if you don’t feel comfortable entrusting it to the U.S. Postal Service.
