Liam Payne's friend, Roger Nores, is suing the late singer's father for defamation. Following the shock death of Liam at the age of 31- who fell from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires in October last year- Nores has been charged with abandonment by authorities in Argentina.

Liam Payne's friend Roger Nores has sued Liam Payne's father Geoff for defamation. In a complaint filed on Wednesday, Jan. 16, Nores claims he "did not have a legal duty to Liam" and that his friendship with the musician was misrepresented to an Argentine prosecutor.
