The Cowboys have a few key players hitting the market, including well-known veterans like DeMarcus Lawrence, Jourdan Lewis and Rico Dowdle. Dallas has also re-signed some playmakers, mainly defensive tackle Osa Odighizuwa. The team also still has another weapon to extend in pass rusher Micah Parsons.

However, before his injury, Greenlaw was an absolute force in the middle of a 49ers defense that was one of the top units in the NFL. Alongside Fred Warner, Greenlaw had back-to-back 120-plus tackle seasons in 2022 (127 tackles) and 2023 (120 tackles) in 30 total games, averaging 7.56 tackles per game over that stretch.

Two players who did not have to wait this offseason are Osa Odighizuwa and Markquese Bell, who have signed extensions with the Cowboys.
