In the Download TikTok Data page, you can choose what information you want to request. Pick what you'd like, for example, all data or just your own profile and posts, and choose the file format you want. It might ask you to verify your account. Then, once TikTok has filled your request, you'll have four days to download your data.

As TikTok challenges its ban, it's hard to ignore the fact that the social media platform could very well be gone on Sunday. Currently, the TikTok ban is set for Jan. 19. On that date, it'll likely become unavailable for new users to download and not usable for current users.
