If it’s not a pepperoni pizza (which didn’t originate in Italy, by the way), you’ll probably think of a Lady And The Tramp-style bowl of meatballs and spaghetti. It’s forgivable.
Tap the egg gently on the side ... the meatballs are evenly browned and cooked through, add them to the tomato sauce and simmer for a further 5 minutes. Serve the meatball sauce with spaghetti.
Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the meatballs are heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve the sauce and meatballs over the spaghetti. Sprinkle with the cheese.
