SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine — Police in South Portland are investigating a shooting incident Tuesday afternoon that left one man with serious injuries. Officers responded around 4 p.m. to a report about a shooting at 616 Westbrook St., they found a 30-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his lower leg, according to a city spokesperson.
