You could be sitting on an absolute fortune. Owners of the iconic denim brand Levi’s are checking the tags of their jeans after it was revealed that some of the company’s vintage garments are worth a whopping $US33,000 (about $51,000 Australian dollars).

Each year, Levi's sells over 1.25 billion pairs of blue jeans, with most costing between $30 and $60, but it turns out there are some out there worth well over 100 times that amount, and there is an easy way to tell if you have one of them.
