Hurricane Oscar has formed off the coast of the Bahamas and is expected to bring hurricane conditions to the Bahamas and Turks and Caicos Islands as the storm moves west. Heavy rainfall is expected across eastern Cuba by Sunday.

Oscar is expected to remain a tropical storm as it moves toward the Bahamas Tuesday and then out into the Atlantic, away from Florida.

Both Hurricane Oscar and Tropical Depression Nadine were bringing rains and wind to Mexico and Caribbean Islands respectively on Sunday.
