The Hello Kitty Island Adventure Springtime Celebration runs through April 7 and allows players to exchange sakura petals--which can be found all over the island--for new outfits and decor items.

Unlike the other cooking stations, you’ll have access to the oven right away at the start of the game, as you can just use it in Hello Kitty’s cafe. No need to unlock it or venture out for it.
