Buc-ee's is known for its beaver mascot, Texas-style barbecue offerings and clean restrooms. The locations are also massive, with the one in Arizona expected to be 23% larger than a football field.

Buc-ee's operates 51 stores in total. The Valley location will occupy 74,000 square feet, including 120 fueling positions and bring more than 200 full-time jobs to the area.

The Buc-ee's travel center will officially open at 6 a.m. Monday, June 9, but expect a crowd to pile up ahead of the store's opening. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be at 10 a.m. June 9.
