Not only do the Falcons need to defeat the Panthers, but the New Orleans Saints must pull off the upset over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for Atlanta to secure a division title in Week 18. Both NFC South matchups will be played at 1 p.

The Washington Commanders (11-5) will try to clinch the No. 6 seed in the NFC when they wrap up the regular season with a road game against the Dallas Cowboys (7-9) on Sunday afternoon. Washington is riding a four-game winning streak and is coming off an overtime win against Atlanta last week.

With an outside chance to nab the NFC South title and the conference’s last playoff spot, the Falcons play host to the Panthers.

In order for the Buccaneers to win a fourth straight NFC South title, they simply have to not lose on Sunday. With the Atlanta Falcons sitting one game back of the Bucs but having the tiebreaker as Tampa lost both games to the Falcons this year,
