An Amber Alert was canceled early Tuesday after a 3-year-old girl was found safe and the suspect, who is her father, was taken into custody, according to Cincinnati police. The Amber Alert was issued at 4:10 a.m. for the child who was believed to have been abducted.

A three-year-old girl is safe and her father was taken into custody after an Amber Alert was issued out of Cincinnati Tuesday morning. It all unfolded in the early morning hours Tuesday at two different scenes across Cincinnati.

There is police activity at a home on Harrison Avenue in Westwood that police say is related to the Amber Alert.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement said Jace Saunders, 5, was taken by his grandmother Kelly Desilva in the area of Lake County, just outside of Orlando.

An urgent Amber Alert has been issued for a five-year-old autistic boy who went missing in Florida on Sunday. Jace Saunders was last seen in the 1000 block of Wells Avenue in Tavares on 15 December, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

According to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the alert was issued when Jace Saunders was reported missing Monday morning. Authorities believed he was with 50-year-old Kelly Day-Dasilva, traveling in a black Honda Accord.
