NVIDIA unveiled the RTX 5000 Blackwell GPUs at its CES 2025 keynote, with four models set to launch sometime later in Q1. The RTX 5070 and 5070 Ti are aimed at the mid-range, with NVIDIA touting heady gains on both cards — the brand says the 5070 will deliver equivalent performance to the RTX 4090 thanks to the gains made with DLSS 4's multi-frame generation tech.

Blackwell has arrived. At CES on Monday night, Nvidia unveiled its long-awaited next generation of GeForce RTX graphics cards based on its latest Blackwell microarchitecture, and the race will soon begin by AI outfits training large language models and PC gamers alike to gobble up these new cards as soon as they are released.

Rumors have suggested that Nvidia will be taking the wraps off of some next-generation RTX 50-series graphics cards at CES in January. And as we get closer to that date, Nvidia's partners and some of the PC makers have begun to inadvertently leak details of the cards.

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang kicked off the keynote with product announcements, introducing new GeForce graphics cards for gaming PCs. Nvidia announced on Monday at CES in Las Vegas that these new GPUs are built on the same Blackwell architecture used in the chipmakers’ AI accelerators.
