Daylight saving time will begin on March 9, 2025. That day, most Americans will lose an hour of sleep when the clocks turn forward one hour at 2 a.m. When we spring forward, sunrise will be at 7:02 a.m. and sunset will be at 6:41 p.m. in Hyannis. It will end on Nov 2.
