The federal trial of the United States of America v. Sean “Diddy” Combs has captured much of the world’s attention in its first four weeks in session.

Lawyers for Sean "Diddy" Combs are again asking the judge overseeing his sex trafficking trial to declare a mistrial based on alleged prosecutorial misconduct.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ lawyers have made a second request for a mistrial. In a June 7 letter to Judge Arun Subramanian, the mogul's legal defense team claimed that the prosecution has presented ‘materially false’ testimony to the court.
