A federal judge awarded Planned Parenthood a win over the Trump administration, halting a provision in President Donald Trump's massive tax cuts bill to prevent patients from using Medicaid at its healthcare facilities.

Planned Parenthood, the largest reproductive health provider in the United States, and two of its member organizations had filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration earlier Monday over the provision, which the groups said was meant to target Planned Parenthood and its member organizations over abortion access.

A judge partially froze a provision of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act just days after President Trump signed it into law.
