One suspect is in custody after what New Orleans Police Department chief Anne Kirkpatrick described as a "brazen" mass shooting occurred in "broad daylight" in the French Quarter on Thursday. Four people were shot in the French Quarter Thursday afternoon, and one of the victims died from the wounds, New Orleans police said.

A manhunt is underway for 21-year-old Daniel Miorana and 23-year-old Darrell Adams following a deadly mass shooting in the French Quarter Thursday. Police have already arrested another suspect, 28-year-old Nicholas Miorana.
