Basketball Hall of Fame to induct 13-member class led by Vince Carter and Chauncey Billups
An eight-time All-Star during his NBA-record 22 seasons. The NBA Rookie of the Year in 1999, Carter is the only player to play in four different decades. He won an Olympic gold medal and a slam dunk title in 2000 and holds the single-season scoring records for both the Toronto Raptors and Brooklyn Nets.
