An expert in the Karen Read trial will face questions from the prosecution over her response to the deadly Station nightclub fire while working at the chief medical examiner in Rhode Island.

After the defense wrapped up its questioning of Rentschler, Prosecutor Hank Brennan told the judge he did not plan to call any more witnesses, reversing an earlier request to recall a different crash expert.
