WWE has announced the details for this year's Hall of Fame ceremony. The company announced the event will take place on Friday, April 18th at 8pm PT at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas, the official host hotel of WrestleMania 41.

Over a fighting career that lasted nearly a quarter-century as a pro, Lawler no doubt has sharpened plenty of his instincts. Saturday at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, sitting cageside as a guest of the UFC, the promotion for which he once was welterweight champion, Lawler has a suspicion he might have been asked there for an announcement.

Lawler (30-18, 1 NC), who retired in 2023 at the age of 41, will be inducted into the modern wing this summer as part of the 2025 class of the UFC Hall of Fame. The news was announced on Saturday during the UFC 313 pay-per-view telecast.

During the UFC 313 broadcast last night (Sat., March 8, 2025), it was announced that former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Welterweight champion Robbie Lawler will be enshrined into the UFC Hall of Fame this coming June during International Fight Week.

Former welterweight champion Robbie Lawler will be inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame as part of the 2025 class in the Modern Wing, the promotion announced Saturday during the UFC 313 broadcast. Lawler already is in the Hall in the Fight Wing.
