Sean 'P Diddy' Combs' mum has been slapped with a lawsuit by former Bad Boy Entertainment president after a "violent incident" where he was intimidated to hand over his shares of the label

In a new lawsuit, Burrowes claims Diddy intimidated him with a baseball bat to sign over his shares of the company.

Kirk Burrowes, Bad Boy Entertainment co-founder and ex-president, claims he was forced to give up his 25 per cent stake in the record label to Combs during a violent confrontation in 1996. He has now filed a lawsuit that alleges Combs used a baseball bat to coerce him into signing over his share of the company.
