The Boilermaker Butcher Block is a part of the Department of Animal Sciences in the College of Agriculture at Purdue University. We raise and use livestock to educate our students about food animal production, then the products are available to the public for purchase through our retail butcher shop. All products are inspected by the State of Indiana Board of Animal Health for your safety.
