What time is the best time to go? 9:30am, 11:30am or the 2:30pm? We want to go next week.

We left out of Edmonds and our trip was for 5 hours from 9AM to 2PM.

I think they are too young. You can stay inside and enjoy some beautiful views, but we had to move quickly outside to get the best views of the whales.

I would Uber from the space Needle. That's what I did and it worked perfectly.
