Management is beyond terrible. The office phone is rarely if ever answered. Voicemails go unreturned. Emails are ignored. Submission form requests never generate a response. Full review by Heather Powell Dobson
Each resident signs their own lease for their specific bedroom. So, if a roommate moves out, the other residents are not responsible for that person’s rent....
