I don't know the answer regarding your question about the toilets and showers on the camping part of Seaview Gorran Haven as we stayed in a lodge. But the whole site is extremely well maintained and the swimming pool is heated. They were finishing off a new reception building with a cafe, gym and toilets when we were there so that should be even better. I would recommend it.
