Helsinki Cathedral is the Finnish Evangelical Lutheran cathedral of the Diocese of Helsinki, located in the neighborhood of Kruununhaka in the centre of Helsinki, Finland at the Senate Square. The church was originally built from 1830–1852 as a tribute to the Grand Duke of Finland, Tsar Nicholas I of Russia.

This cathedral is currently under restoration outside. It's left hand side and all of it's rear is covered in tarpaulin and it's main dome has scaffolding all the way around it. That said, the main c… Full review by jordanellie41

Helsinki's Cathedral was located on the historic public square buzzing with tourists, in several tour groups. Some people were relaxing by sitting on the steps or just people watching. Amazing archit… Full review by Maria M
