Went Saturday to Saturday over October half term. We stay in Milkway 26 just off the main site but walk to main complex 5 minutes. Entertainment was brilliant every night the staff was really helpful… Full review by 672daik

My daughter and grandkids have just returned from New Quay Haven holiday park and were allocated a caravan on arrival. They paid for a higher end unit and were full of positives about it. Spacious, well equipped and immaculately prepared. They said it seemed new. They loved the site and the arcade and swimming facilities, but thought the on-site restaurant was shockingly bad. Slow service, poor standards of food and very unorganised. Shame really, as the rest of their trip was very good.
