No but there is a rest stop right next to it and it's a short walk to the spring from there. I'd park there if I was you and check it out before I drove up in there and got into a problem. This …

The water stays a constant 72 year round, so that depends on you. We went to Silver Glen Springs yesterday and snorkled - no wet suits. We were good until we got out.
