Depends on how old your kids are. It took my husband and I 4 hours to get thru the museum because we ate lunch and did look at all the exhibits. But if you have a younger child how doesn't look at all the exhibits and you aren't eating lunch it would probably take about 2 hours

Yes, the Lake View Cafe features fresh soups, salads, sandwiches, hot entrées, kid-friendly items, desserts, and fountain drinks - plus a stunning view over Blue Mountain Lake. When ther museum is open for the season (May 22 - October 12, 2015) the cafe is open 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. for snacks and drinks, with full menu and hot foods available 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
