I do not need to ask anything our accommodation was superb, But like to say one or two of the guest commented how rude the reception staff were also when my daughter in law rang re mix up for there booking downright rude. So receptionist ( not all ) need checking. I did reception work and was always told you are the first person customers see, smile.
