Hi there. There is not a lift that takes you to Tre Cime di Lavaredo. Should be an easy drive from Sesto. Highly suggest going very early in the morning as there is a limited space parking lot. Plan to arrive no later than 8am. If you do not arrive early, there is a great chance the lot will be full and you will have an uphill walk to the beginning of the trail. Not fun. Wear lots of layers (plus gloves, hat) as some areas are windy and quite cold. There are several refuges there so you can stop and take a break, when needed. I'm not a hiker and it was totally doable for me.
