Following an absolutely perfect walk in the beautiful surroundings of Seven Sisters, l popped into the ‘Barn Cafe’ area to find a bin to pop my ‘carry out’ coffee cup in. There are no bins on the dow… Full review by Kurvey

There are a couple of parking areas when you reach the Seven Sisters. There are massive parking areas and close to each other. I hope this helps.

There’s access 24/7 to this area, there’s a place to get a coffee and snacks run by the National Trust at Burling Gap that will show their opening hours on their website.

You might have to watch out for sheep and the cliff 'cos of the danger but yes , I let my dog off the lead there
