Saint-Émilion is a commune in the Gironde department in Nouvelle-Aquitaine in Southwestern France. In the heart of the country of Libournais, in a region of wine hills, Saint-Émilion is a medieval city located at the crossroads of Bordeaux, Saintonge and Périgord.
