I took a Safari tour in Dec 2019. The staff reviewed safety protocols with the passengers, and I personally felt safe for the duration of our tour. I am unable to answer for the company.
Is there a minimum number of passengers before a flight goes ahead? What is the maximum number of passengers on any given flight? Thank you and aloha!

Don’t think so. Much like Southwest Airlines, you buy seats. There were 6 seats in the helo. I was family of four. Two others joined in, based on weight / balance of the bird.
