No. Queens zoo has more woodland like animals, nothing very exotic. There are bears, sea lions, bison, red panda, elk, Eagles, alligators, bobcat or puma, coyotes, big bird aviary, duck pond, few other animals too. And a petting zoo and small playground. Lions, tigers, giraffe are at the Bronx zoo which is great too, but a whole different kind of experience. Queens zoo is a little more relaxed, certainly a shorter visit and you will see all the animals. Bronx zoo you need to be there almost open to close and you still wouldn't see everything.
