Can't be sure but hotel could tell you. My recollection is that the entrance is flat with sidewalk so wheelchair access would be easy. The rooms have elevator access but you would have to check if the elevator goes all the way down to basement restaurant. The museum floor is flat with the reception area. The outside Huron village, long house, etc, is flat on one level.
