The park is open year round with a few exceptions. During the months of September they are open from 10am - 8pm. October - March they are open 10am - 6pm but rides may close early due to darkness or the weather. The paddle boats close at the end of October. You can still go to the park even if the rides are not running if you would like to walk, picnic or swing on the swing. As long as the Raleigh Parks are open so is Pullen Park. The park does close for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Day and for the Holiday Express which is Dec. 7th -10th and Dec. 12-17th when you have to have a special ticket and they were sold out the same day tickets went on sale. Hope this helps!
