Hello, thanks for your question. My name is Raoul and I am the founder of Lovat Parks. We would not change the price after somebody booked because this would be wrong and goes against our values as a business. We have the clause in our terms and conditions in case our website starts playing up and clearly enables customers to book at the wrong price or one of our team members makes a genuine mistake and offers a holiday for the wrong price. I am not aware this has ever happened (I welcome anyone to say otherwise). We are very proud that we became BCorp certified in 2020 and hopefully this shows that we aim to put purpose before profit and hopefully our customer reviews both on Tripadvisor and Google or Facebook show this.
