I think that over 7 would be wisest and you would need to choose the experiences carefully and accompany the child so they do not become frightened or disoriented. As a former teacher I advise this age as because it is when most children’s brains develop to the point of being able to analyse a situation and not just absorb it like a sponge. Have fun!
