It's amusing people are even mentioning the steps in the tunnel. Imagine if there wasn't a tunnel, you'd have to climb over the cliff. Suddenly the steps aren't really a big deal are they.Full review by TheMightyImp2

We parked in the Ness car park near the entrance to the tunnel. The tunnel was a lot longer than I imagined. It was lit adequately thankfully. There were steps to negotiate and some parts were uneven…Full review by kable pack k

The access to the cove is through a tunnel. I was a bit apprehensive togo there but it was well lit and easy enough although we were a bit out of breath climbing up about 86 steps Once you come out …Full review by banok2014

It can be a little slippery and has two sets of steps. Not wheel chair friendly.
