Pinewoods’ excellent location between the pine topped sand dunes of Wells beach, Holkham National Nature Reserve and the bustling, historic port of Wells-next-the-Sea make it the perfect base for your next north Norfolk holiday. There are a range of caravan holiday homes and luxury lodges available to hire, as well as the expansive Spoonbill touring field for caravans and motorhomes. When booking your accommodation, your caravan holiday home is selected with a view so that you can choose the very best holiday to suit you. You can also hire one of the iconic, colourful huts that line Wells Beach, or even buy your own caravan holiday home or beach hut. There is no easier or more affordable way to regularly visit the area, and certainly no more convenient place to stay for those wishing to make the most of Wells beach and the pinewoods.

Hi, thank you for your query. PInewoods does not usually allow conversions on touring pitches, however if the campervan is registered with the DVLA or have the legal requirements listed below then it is possible to accept it. • A door that provides access to the living accommodation. • A bed, which has a minimum length of 6 feet – this can be converted from seats used for other purposes during the day but must be permanently fixed within the body of the vehicle. • A water storage tank or container on, or in, the vehicle. • A seating and dining area, permanently attached to the vehicle – the table may be detachable but must have some permanent means of attachment to the vehicle. • A permanently fixed means of storage, a cupboard, locker or wardrobe. • A permanently fixed cooking facility within the vehicle, powered by gas or electricity. • At least on window on the side of the accommodation.

Q:
Can anyone tell me if the nearby beach allows dogs in august please
A:
Wells and Holkham beaches both have dog friendly areas. Please look out for signage for dog free or dogs on leads areas.
Q:
Hi - how far is the site from the centre of wells, is it all within walking distance?
A:
Yes it’s a 20 minute walk, along a flat pedestrian path which is adjacent to the estuary. Alternatively in peak season there is a pedestrian train which runs from / to Pinewoods.
