This Main Street loft is in the historic downtown and has been recently renovated. This historic building was built in 1904. We (Jason and Julie) bought this beautiful historic building in the Spring of 2017 and finished the renovations in the Fall 2018. The loft is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and new hardwood floors. It is 15 minutes from Johnson City and 40 minutes from Asheville, NC. It is close to many outdoor activities including the Nolichucky River, the Appalachian Trail, Rocky Fork State Park and the Erwin Linear Trail (greenway). Main Street Loft B has a truly unique, historic, downtown feel placed in the Tennessee mountains. You will want to find a time to experience this special place!
